Gossip!! News! You name it BGA!

Just a short introduction to my blog: I dedicate this post to my roommate, whose use of this term inspired the title. She also inspired me to be a Gossip whore! Now I'm completely obsessed with Bennifer and britney's continual downfall. Please post comments and email me anything you want me to post! I crave new information! I'm bored to tears at work and need the excitement! BTW This is my disclaimer: I don't claim responsibility for any of this!

Harry Potter strikes it gold again....

I love the Harry Potter books, I'm not really complaining as it was bound to happen. The new collectors edition Harry Potter IPOD...whohoo! Although I would never buy it, there are many that would. For both of those reasons I'm bringig it to your attention.

About the Collector's iPodEtched on the back of the 20GB iPod is the Hogwarts Crest, a symbol of the school of magic that Harry Potter attends. The Hogwarts Crest was originally drawn by author J.K. Rowling herself and illustrates the four houses that make up the school, Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. The Latin at the bottom of the crest translates to "never tickle a sleeping dragon."

~*~Caution~*~Book review follows....

Metro Girl
by Janet Evanovich
I began to read this book over the holiday weekend while lounging at my parents house. I got hooked pretty esaily as I usually do with Evanovich Novels. She writes a series of Stephanie Plum books that I read also.

Anywho...this one was really good. It had action, drama, romance, your classic box-office hit, if it was a movie, which it should be. I reccommend it to the female audience as guys will not get into it as much, at least I suspect as much.

So I've been on the HOLD list at the Arlington library for the new Evanovich book in the Stephanie Plum series. called Eleven Up. I can't wait to get home today so I can go pick it up. I was # 92 on the wait list so this was a long proccess here!

MoF'ing Spider Wasp!!

Sorry Guys! I would spare you having to look at pictures of these nasty creatures, however image having to deal with the live insect itself. We have been having an infestation of these large ucky gross bugs recently on our front porch! Its gross, these bugs are HUGE and they fly! I mean what's worse than a mix of creepy spiders and scary wasps....not much! What shall we do??

Audio book for the holiday weekend....

This weekend I listened to Match Me if You Can, by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. It was pretty good...a little mushy romance type but entertaining. I had at least 8 hours in the car ahead of me and needed a book to keep my attention. By the time I got to Roanoke, I wanted to sit in my car and continue listening instead of going in! Pretty funny. I also laid in bed with my discman and listening to the rest last night because I wanted to know how it ended really bad.

Its a good love story with a "ear" grabbing plot. She definitely has descriptive capabilities is all I will say...about everything from clothes, flowers and more! Good fun read for winding down the summer as it happens around the same time as well!
