Roommate meeting....blah!

So we had to have a roommate meeting at my household last night. It was a little painful but we got everything out there so no more surprises with 'Mon'. Told her no more people sleeping in our beds when we are away or doing anything else in them for that matter. No more loudness when coming into the house as some people try to go to bed early. Announcing guests that will be in the house during the week after 10pm so I'm not running to the kitchen scantily clad thinking no one will be around. And last but not least....there was another mouse sighting!

I can't take it anymore with the mouse thing. I need out. We think we are going to ask 'Captain Clueless' aka Jack our Landlord for a rent reduction for the past couple of months due to the rodent infested house we've been living in. The house itself is so poorly constructed it makes me sick. There are Random holes in the walls and places where the molding is gone and the hardwood floors are coming up. At first glance it looks really nice but after you get settled you start noticing this stuff.

We also have a mild silverfish problem. It seems they mostly stay in the basement but when they do venture upstairs they only come as far as my room. YUCK! They are so creepy! Plus I get all the bugs let in from the front door cause my room is the first one as you come in. There isn't a closet big enough for me to stay in this room another year.
