Oregon Trail Beeotchs!!
I know you remember this game.
My fondest memory is sitting in my fifth grade class in the back of the room where we had our three MACs. (we got three because I was in the advanced class, we NEEDED them more cause we were smarter). Anyway, we'd sit in the back when it was our turn and play this game. Come to think of it it was a really depressing game, because half the time your whole family ended up dead except the dog. You can never cross the rivers at the right point and there was never enough food. (Sounds to me more like the crossing from Mexico (pronounced like Peggy Hill por favor) to the U.S.
I just saw something about it and decided to post about it, because although I have plenty of work to be doing at this point in the day, I'd rather not do it and post a perfectly pointless rave about the Oregon Trail game from Elementary school.
BTW if you want a copy of this game to play on your PC or MAC.....go to this dudes site where he offers the download....http://rds.yahoo.com/l=IVR/SIG=123e6q0iu/EXP=1134233474/*-http://www.dailyramblings.com/ramblings/340.php
